Don Tomei: Pastor
dtomei@restorationchurch.com

Don Tomei serves in the position of Senior Pastor of Restoration Church, although he is quick to remind everyone that Jesus really is "running the show." "I believe I am only the associate in charge. This may sound religious, but honestly, I find this lifts the burden from me and puts into practice the realization that the Lord is the One in control. Jesus is the true Pastor of Restoration Church."

Don first came to Restoration Church in 1998 as Associate Pastor. He previously served for ten years as Youth Director and Singles Pastor at New Hope Ministries.
Don and his wife, Toni, are originally from Akron, Ohio, where he was a firefighter/paramedic and owner of a construction company. During this time, he was the Youth Director for his local church.

Pastor Don and Toni have ministered together for their entire 35 years of marriage and believe the strength of their union is one of the strengths of their ministry.

Don's personal mission statement in life is simply this, "To love God, to do what's right in the eyes of the Lord, and to give Him the glory."

This is Pastor Harry Thomas and his lovely wife Jan. They are wonderful people that everyone should get to know. Pastor Harry is one of our associate pastors and he loves the Word of God. Harry and Jan’s ministry is to share the hope of Christ outside of the walls of the church building. Harry spends a lot of time counseling one on one and teaching. He has been involved in Christian counseling for over thirty-six years. His studies were under the Christian Counseling and Education Foundation in Pennsylvania, but even more so under the Holy Spirit. The text book has been and always will be the Bible.

For the last 12 years, Harry and Jan have been ministering every Saturday morning at Collier County Jail. They have seen much fruit come from their labor for the Kingdom of God. Believe it or not...there are people who are in our church serving as a result of their ministry.

Between the two of them, they have eight children, twelve grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. They labor in Christ together and their joy is to see men and women restored to Christ and society as blessings to the community.

Kevin Patton: Pastoral Care/Evangelism
kpatton@restorationchurch.com

Kevin was born on December 25, 1958, in Santa Barbara, CA. He lost his father when he was eleven years old to cancer, and watched his mother raise seven children on her own, Kevin being a middle child. It was hard, but he can see now what the Lord was doing in His life.

He was radically saved on January 1, 1991, after he was released from prison. Our Lord delivered him from alcohol and drugs and imparted a passion to see others set free from this oppression.

Jesus has called Kevin to preach, teach and evangelize to a lost generation bound by sin and the chains of this world. His desire is to lead the lost to the One he is following, and watch Him transform them by His Holy Spirit.
Frankie Hendrix: Youth Pastor
youth@restorationchurch.com

Mark and Jenn are both natives of Naples. Both gave their lives to Christ in their high school years, at which time they met in Pastor Don and Toni’s youth group. During their time serving the Lord they have worked in various capacities including worship, teaching and children’s ministry. Mark and Jenn first served at Restoration in 1998 then returned to the ministry in 2008 after 10 years of serving Christ in two other ministries.

In 2007 God gave them their beautiful daughter Chloe and in 2009 He gave them their wonderful son Logan. Since then, their vision has been to see Christian homes with strong marriages and godly parenting. With prayer and the help of wonderful volunteers they will work to develop a solid foundation for the next generation of God’s Kingdom.  Once you meet them and talk with them you will see their heart. They really do have a heart and passion for Christ and for kids.

Dan Hardy: Assistant Worship Leader
dhardy@restorationchurch.com

Daniel was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He was born again in 1972. That same year God put the desire in his heart to serve Him musically. He is a self-taught guitar player and singer. He has been involved in church choirs, worship bands, and solo specials at various churches in the Detroit and tri-county area for 38 years. He made a vow to the Lord that he would sing only for Him and asked that God in return would anoint it to minister His life changing power to others (Psalm 40). God moved him down to Naples in 2008.

Dan began to get involved in music ministry at Restoration Church by ministering in the men's meeting, small group meetings, prayer meetings, and occasionally at worship services. He is now one of Worship Leaders here at Restoration Church. Dan is delighted to have the privilege of helping to lead the Restoration congregation and other ministries in Spirit-lead worship and praise to Lord Christ.

In early 2010 Oscar accepted the call and great privilege of shepherding the Spanish church. Oscar is originally from Colombia where the Lord rescued him in 1993. He has passed various grooming and polishing processes by the hand of the Lord, and every day he is still learning, and says that he still has much to learn.
